GBThis harness works! My dog did not like this at first and let herself flop over. Then we both got the gist and she stopped pulling my arm hard and then hardly at all.

GBThe customer service people were very…The customer service was promp and helpful. The customer service people were very helpful in our decision to try this harness. It is easy to put on and very well made. We haven't tried it yet outdoors. Our dog is a border collie/golden cross and is very sensitive to any changes. So we are having her accustomed to it slowly indoors and in the yard.. I will need the car adapter for this harness and a handle, as our son's border terrier has.
