Fantastic company to deal with, great customer service and wonderful quality crystal I first contacted Cumbria Crystal at Christmas as I wanted to treat my husband to one of their beautiful decanters, a high ball tumbler and two champagne flutes. I phoned and spoke to a lovely young lady called Charlotte who was incredibly helpful. Needless to say my husband was delighted on Christmas Day and I have been back again ordering a few more pieces, this time a gin glass and two brandy bowls. I will continue to buy until I have a full set, this may take a while as they are rather special treats but the quality is such that I cannot consider anything else. A wonderful shopping experience and now a lifelong customer. Love this company!
