Website was easy to use, though I made a mistake with size on an item, and I emailed the company asking if it could be changed, customer service was very quick to correct my error. Christmas items on time I placed an order for two items for my teenage nieces for Christmas. Complete fault of my own, I waited too long to order & hoped (but did not expect) to get them in time for Christmas Day. I checked each day, finally shrugged and thought well one or two days late isn’t too bad. But the package arrived a day before Christmas Eve and the girls loved them. They are half Navajo so they really love the message (MMIW). Thank you for the hustle on your end for the poor planning on my end!
