Website was easy to use, though I made a mistake with size on an item, and I emailed the company asking if it could be changed, customer service was very quick to correct my error. Dressing up my hat for Powwow I really loved my hatband when I received it. It’s beautiful & will look great on my hat at pow wows. I was anxious that I wasn’t going to receive it because the tracking said it was delivered to IL. I’m in Canada. Happy to say it was delivered late that evening.
