Great sound Great sound, easy install. Not keen on style of UI and find it to be not as straight forward as I would like. These are just personal preferences rather than criticisms, so wouldn’t drop a star for that. One of the best sounding electric piano plug ins I’ve used.

I purchased Hammers and Waves in hopes… I purchased Hammers and Waves in hopes of geting an additional realistic virtual grand piano for live performance. Once I downloaded the instrument, it did not sound or respond as expected. I find the main grand piano patch to sound off in the distance, and not able to be used as a lead instrument. I made a mistake buying this software, and wish I could request my money back.

This is one AWESOME library that I wish I’d bought sooner I just purchased the Hammers and Waves library and have just begun to delve into it. So far this library is AMAZING!! I’m learning the ins and outs by watching video reviews and tutorials on YouTube. I have yet to come across anyone that has anything negative to say about it. I love how beautifully unique the pianos are and how professional they sound. The best part is that they all sound different. Usually in libraries you get a lot of instruments and effects that sound the same. The redundancy annoys me. There shouldn’t be 6 pianos, drum kits, or fx that sound exactly the same in one library. The originality of H&W has inspired me with new ideas and is assisting me with bringing them to life. So take the jump, you will be SO happy you did.

The E that is 2 octaves above middle… The E that is 2 octaves above middle doesn't ring like the rest. Ive tried multiple keyboards and tried transposing. It is always that key. Distortion is sometimes a problem near max volume. I don't like that the display in kontack is much wider than all the others. Other than that, its really good. Even better once I found all the variations of Rhodes configurations.
