Thorpyfx ER2 I bought a Thorpyfx ER2 from these guys last week and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. For a start, they had one when everyone else had sold out, which was great. The pedal arrive quickly and was securely packaged, with a bonus plectrum inside. I would happily use them again and recommend them to friends.

A great boutique of pedals with an awesome customer service Didn't knew much about FX Pedal Planet. Interess in a specific pedal from Dirty Haggard made me order one to Portugal. In less than 4 days I had it in my hand. Had the chance to talk with Steve that solved all the small details I needed to get everything done properly. Couldn't recommend it more. Fantastic customer service Fantastic customer service. I emailed with a question about stock, they replied very quickly. After placing my order they replied to tell me it would be dispatched on Friday for a Monday delivery - it arrived on the Saturday :) They put in some stickers and guitar picks too, which is always nice! An absolute pleasure to deal with and will happily shop with again!

The best I've seen. I'd never heard of this company until stumbling across them looking for a fuzz pedal. I found a great deal with them on an interesting boutique fuzz. I ordered an SVI fuzz after checking with FX pedal planet on Facebook regarding stock levels. I can only say good things. Super quick responses and detailed communication (even to the point of a video of the pedal), best I've seen by a mile. Packaged to withstand a bomb blast, and even came with little extras, plectrums and stickers. I got a hell of a discount on this fuzz, complete with a service beyond expectation.
