I have used the non pass sheet music… I have used the non pass sheet music purchase program and am very satisfied with the service. Most importantly, I can print out the sheet music to mark up and make notations, which is helpful for a new student like myself. I do have a question about the PASS program, however. Can I print out each purchased sheet music if I am subscribed to the PASS program?

I have been using Sheet music direct… I have been using Sheet music direct for a very long time and have always had excellent support from them. I recently had a (admittedly self created) issue when using music on my ipad. The team at Sheet Music Direct could not have done more to help resolve what I had done, all the team were very responsive and all friendly and helpful. They are always looking at ways to make the way we use music better and I personally love the app. Brilliant website, brilliant app and an excellent team. Cannot recommend them enough. Thanks.

Terrible non-user friendly website The plug in required for digital downloads took over 30 minutes to download and configure to my laptop. It was ridiculous. Printing sheet music should have taken me 5 minutes, took me close to an hour@@ The website constantly tells me I am not entering my email address correctly when I am. I would never recommend this website to anyone. You cannot even contact them to complain!

I really like this site I really like this site! I can almost always find the specific music I'm looking for (in the EZ play piano section). The prices seem very reasonable. I'm far from being a tech expert but have never had any difficulty navigating on the site, Everything is plain and simple. Also, out of the approximate 40 or so pieces of music I've purchased, there were 2 where the notes/music just didn't seem right at all. I just contacted the company, explained the issue and got an immediate refund. Great customer service!
