If there was an issue I received a discount, refund or was resent another bag. They have great customer service and quick response. Although shipping may be a little slower than some, I find the product is worth the extra few days of shipping!

However, I don't fret AT ALL because the quality hits every single time!!! I've been beyond satisfied with all of my bags from Cordae, especially at their price point, which saves me thousands.

Customer Service was available anytime… Customer Service was available anytime I had questions and if i had any order mistakes Cordae would offer corrective action and followup emails to enusre i was satisfied customer all these years. I received qualify products since 2018. I've turn two of my friends on to the group and both ask why i hadn't been shared the tea. They loved product quality in items they purchased within the last two years. Don't hesitate on Cordae if qaulity is what you for, if vendor made a mistake a new product with discount code was always offer with an apology. Delivery was sometimes longer than usual but it was always well worth the wait for me.
