I love this case! I love the case itself. The leather is awesome! When I ordered the wrong size I was able to make an exchange. It took less that a week and I am very satisfied with the response of customer service. The customer service representative I dealt with was very helpful.

Leather Phone Case The phone case itself is great. It protects my phone nicely. The leather is of good quality but not as rich looking as I had hoped. I hoped it would be two toned as advertised.

I ordered an iPhone 15 Pro Max leather. On Tuesday night, I placed a free shipping order with Toronata for a leather wallet cover for the iPhone 15 Pro Max. After reading the previous reviews (which I foolishly did after placing the order), I didn't have high expectations. Thursday at noon, and the courier just delivered it. A leather AirTag fob, a leather keychain, a leather mini wallet, six Gold VISA cards in slots (I doubt I'll get very far if I try to use them), and a gift box with a sealed seal and velvet pouch were among the extras I didn't order (or pay for). DISAPPOINTED!!! My case was very delayed in arriving. UPS kept changing it. When I finally received my case, I was disappointed that the magnetic closure flap was very weak, to the point of not functional. I immediately requested a return label. It's been a week and no response. I emailed info desk to inquire days ago, nothing back. I tried chat and no one is there. You do not list a phone number. SO FRUSTRATING! I will light up social media soon with my experience if I cannot get an answer.
