GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service, tried to return a bag & sent multiple emails to their support. They said they would send me the return address, never did even after I asked multiple times more they just ignore me. Scammed & ignored. Also the bags are very poor quality

GBI haven’t received my bags yet I haven’t received my bags yet. When i track them it says they’ve been in Huntington Valley since April 4th & shows nothing else since April 7th. When i finally received my bags everything came in different colors and the excuse was the cut of the leathers. They said you can’t go by the pictures on the website because of lightning in the studio. All 3 bags i got the duffel bag the toiletries bag and the backpack all came in different colors that were not even remotely similar.And it’s been a hassle sending everything back.

GBThe item ordered was of great quality… The item ordered was of great quality and very stylish. I was impressed with the appearance and design. The only issue I had was the shipping time which was stated as 7-10 days and it was more like 10-16 days which I thought was a bit long for domestic shipping. May have been an issue with their shippping carrier which they should look into.

GBI love the bag! I love how fast the bag came. The quality of the bag is absolutely incredible. I oiled it with vegetable oil..the first two applications were immediately soaked up..the third one was the charm. This bag will last me for years!
