I got kind of obsessed with my first… I got kind of obsessed with my first pair of boots and received so many compliments, that I ended up ordering my second pair of Alessandro Vasini boots. Honestly I can’t be happier my brand new shoes, is even better than wearing sneakers, I can wear this boots all day long and never feel that I was wearing actual shoes…. Im a loyal customer, so expecting to get more merchandise from it. My next stop will be denim and sunglasses for sure! Greetings from Florida.

Killer Boots!! After 3 months my boots arrived and they are F*n amazing! Im a bit ashamed of myself for having sent harassing emails demanding they be sent quicker. Spoiled american mentality! They arrived in perfect presentation and are exactly what I thought I was getting. I ordered keith boots and i was smart enough to go up a 1/2 size and they fit like a glove. Thank you and sincere apologies for being an ass in the process of receiving these.

After nine weeks I received the boots I… After nine weeks I received the boots I ordered, they are gorgeous and thank heavens they fit, because I don’t think I would have been willing to wait another nine weeks for a replacement. This company makes a beautiful product, but needs to improve their communication. To their credit they did reach out, after I left a previous review on Trust Pilot, and apologized for the delays and the lack of communication. I will shop with Alessandro Vasini again because the products are excellent, I just won’t expect to receive my purchase for a couple months.

Order no where in sight Now almost 12 weeks since my order - no boots in sight nor any sort of communication that they may be on their way. Multiple emails, with very vague responses (if they do respond!). Overall a disappointing experience for an otherwise seemingly luxury brand.

Boots never sent. Lost my money Ordered (very expensive) boots almost a month ago and haven’t heard from them since. The money was taken off my credit card immediately. I wrote several e-mails but they do not get back to me. Don’t trust this company!
