Unfortunately this is not a company I… Unfortunately this is not a company I would recommend. I originally received the incorrect custom stitching along with the incorrect size. Ordered a large and received a medium. They have yet to ship the second piece of my order and it’s been nearly two months. Communication is not timely and I have not had answers to questions I repeatedly asked. I wish my experience was positive but it has been a lot of time emailing and getting nowhere.

Got the 1989 Taylor’s version… Got the 1989 Taylor’s version sweatshirt. Stitching and design was great. Sizing is a little off. Ordered a large but was smaller than expected. Shipping was the worst. Ordered the sweatshirt a month in advance of the birthday and it took over 6 weeks to receive it so it was very late.

I got a reputation sweatshirt I got a reputation sweatshirt. The snake stitching is not so good. I looks like it wasn’t finished properly.

The absolute WORST - don’t give them a single penny The absolute WORST! Most people don’t receive anything whatsoever, and of the few who receive items, it is often either the WRONG ITEM or the wrong size. When people call them out on Instagram, they delete anything negative and block those users. They also steal designs from small businesses. I ordered more than $200 of merchandise from them, waiting over a month for it to ship, reached out to customer service with zero reply for weeks, then when I finally called them out on Instagram, they cancelled my order and blocked me. This company is truly heinous and disgusting. DO NOT GIVE THEM A SINGLE PENNY!

Long wait for half my order Ordered sweatshirt and ornament -website advertised a free ornament with the sweatshirt purchase. Sounded perfect because I get my daughter a new ornament every year and this was the one! But it NEVER arrived!! I paid for “expedited” delivery but only the sweatshirt arrived 25 days later. Stores have put away Christmas items so I guess this will be the first time in 30 years she doesn’t get an ornament. Too bad because she likes the sweatshirt and we would have considered another order.
