Happy camper (Quilter)! I have always been very happy with my orders from Connecting Threads. I've ordered fabric, kits, many big boxes of batting and my thread case is full of 48 different colored spools of threads. I'm 87 so I'm trying to use up my stash so haven't placed many orders lately. I did order my first panel recently. And, I love getting you catalogs with so many ideas.

Customer service is excellent Customer service is excellent! I am always happy with the products and find the prices to be very fair. I had a problem with an item not being delivered - I had actually forgot about it and then realized it had been a month. When I looked up the transit information it was just stuck somewhere. They had a replacement sent via 2 day mail.
