I consider that good customer service! The packing was very good though it was a little damaged, probably during shipping when I finally unboxed my purchase I was completely surprised. An exact mirror image of the real one and the quality is impeccable! I would highly recommend this site. You will not be disappointed!

EXPENSIVE LESSON EXPENSIVE LESSON! I ordered $912 worth of products from this company. I did all the proper research, including on this site(which gives them a high rating). The order was placed on January 23rd. I have received NOTHING. I have however been given a fantastic run around... “we want to send your product but it arrived defective in our warehouse, so pick something else” when I pick something else I get no response and on goes the cat and mouse game. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. My advice, take the money you were going to spend with Designer Discreet and go to Vegas. At least you’ll get a few “free drinks”! They are listed as designersdiscreet.ru online. There are many other versions of the name online. All a scam.
