Order claimed a 5-8 day processing… Order claimed a 5-8 day processing period. After more than two weeks, the company refused to acknowledge that it was outside the window. After three weeks, I asked for the order to be canceled and my credit card refunded. They refused saying it was too far along in the process. I had to get my credit card company to refund my order.
