The item description says it's a cotton blend - it's isn't - it's 100% polyester. 30 day return policy is a lie Bought the jeans based on the published 30 day return policy. The pants are too small but when I emailed support I got no response. The quality of the jeans is good - I just need a larger size. Never got a confirmation of the order, just a coupon for a discount if I placed another order

Superb Customer Service I by mistake ordered the same dress twice and one other dress that closely resembled the one I ordered two of. Contacted customer support, explained what happened and there was no problem, they gave me instructions for returning the items, I did as instructed and they issued me a refund.

Beautiful clothing - so happy with purchases. The clothing is beautiful. When the garments arrive they are exactly as pictured in the website and also true to size. The site is easy to navigate and there are so many lovely things to choose from. The communication from the company is excellent and I feel safe and confident doing business. The picture was accurate The fabric of the dress was better than expected and the style was true to the picture. The dress ran a bit larger than expected so I requested a refund. Returns are a bit more complicated than anticipated and it is costly to return. They provided a credit...so I did more shopping.
