GBXenia is quick and reliable Xenia is quick and reliable. All my gift cards have been authentic, and the customer service is very efficient in helping me resolve any confusion I have with activating gift cards. I have been using Xenia for a few years, and have never had any problems.

GBStill Waiting to Hear from Customer Service I had some success with Xenia, but now I'm getting cautious about ordering anything more from them. I have emailed (through their own website contact page) no less than 3 times with a specific question about the use of a particular company's card and they have not responded to my emails.

GBSouthwest Airline gift… I purchased Southwest Airline gift cards for my son & family and they were sent to my email within 24hrs. He purchased their tickets without problems and they are coming to visit!

GBExcellent pricing Excellent pricing. A bit limited with number of gift card providers. Also careful with the delays if you need a gift card immediately, say your ordering a pizza or something.

GBIssues but they corrected:card sent...but then… At 1st terrible. no card sent...but then receive a "how did we do" correspondence. How about finish the transaction before asking how it went? Eventually all worked out. I was contacted via text and a link was sent. (Account would not 'resend or send" card to hotmail email. ) Have used since. But there just seems to be an issue with getting the card sent to Jesusisthe1truth@ hotmail which is one email I use...even tho I received the "verify your email" message.?? Good contact via text. Worked it out good customer service.
