SEI've bought several times and as far as… I've bought several times and as far as the shirts go they are well-fitted and the fabric is really nice. If I was only judging based on product it would be a definate five star review. However taking into account that it takes about 3-4 weeks to get the shirts and that there always seem to be some issues (one time shirts were damaged in the freight and one time I got a size too big) that drags the experience down. I must say though that their customer support has been very nice and easy to get in touch with. I got refunded for the damaged shirt, but the one that was L instead of M hasn't yet been handled.

AUAbsolute rubbish Absolute rubbish - promise to look after customer and just sh#$ on them! Don't answer emails or feedback. Might as well make your own when it comes to customer service.

CAWorst customer service Worst customer service, the website doesn't even allow you to write a review. I ordered an XL shirt for my husband on father's day and I received it but fits like a medium. They offer to send me another shirt but I soon as I say I want to return and get my refund they stop responding my emails.
