Like one of the previous comments Like one of the previous comments, my order has been stuck in Saddlebrook NJ for a month now. No one reached out to me about any delays and I eventually emailed someone who promised to send out a new order but hasn't provided any new information or timeline to when the fabric will arrive. I'm pretty disappointed because I took a shot on a company that I was hoping to use for a lot of wedding dresses. Oh well. I hope I get what I ordered at some point.

poor customer service I ordered a 3 color swatch but did not receive a confirmation email. I wrote to customer support but got no response. When the package arrived, it was the wrong item with color selection that did not match the website. I contacted customer support again but received no response. Poor customer service and quality control.

Had to report to FTC in order to get order 10 days. No order. No shipping confirmation. No tracking info. Email and WhatsApp messages unanswered. Phone number on my credit card bill not in service. The address in Delaware is a three bedroom twin house and is used for lots of websites, some with suite numbers (!). I reported to BBB and FTC. Finally I got a shipping confirmation and my order a few days later. I still suspect a scam because a reputable internet seller does not behave this way and the address in DE may not be legit.

High Quality Tulle The tulle is very high quality and my projects look amazing.

Got only a fraction of what I ordered and paid for The tulle was very nice, however I order one yard (36”) but received about 12” instead (30% of the amount). I ordered them for samples, so it’s fine but I’m afraid to order more because I’m not sure what I will get. I sent an email to luxetulle over a week ago and have not received a response.
