GBCustomer Service Warning. 10/26/18 My only order though Fabric.com is not going well. Aside from being bombarded with daily unwanted email solicitations, 1. my order was never acknowledged, 2. My telephone inquiry was met with hostility, 3. I was sent directly to voice mail when I asked to speak to a supervisor 4. My added $40 payment for expedited delivery should arrive in 7 days. 5. Email remains unanswered after 3 days. 6. No tracking number though they say the order was shipped. This company leaves lots to be desired. It's not for me. I should have heeded the many review warnings.

GBI purchased out door material for my… I purchased out door material for my outdoor furniture. The material is not outdoor material as the material started getting moldy within six months. I had the previous fabric for 12 years and it never got moldy. It looked old that is why I replaced the fabric. I purchased 13 yards, paid to have the cushions re-upholstered. Cost of $1,000 that I basically through in the garbage. Horrible experience.

GBFirst Purchase Bad Experience This was my first and only purchase with Fabric.com . I found the exact same fabric priced significantly lower (less than half Fabric.com price) the next day. I contacted customer service who very curtly explained they did not price match and did not offer a small make good , coupon or discount Clearly, my business was not important to this company. I am returning the fabric and going else where. More because of attitude than price.....they also block negative reviews.

GBNo product, no refund. I ordered 4 yards of material- the web site aid it was available and in stock. They charged my credit card, then told me my item was out of stock and that they were canceling the order. That was a week ago. No refund, no fabric, and their website shows the same 4 yards as “available “. I will never buy anything from them.

GBSpend your money somewhere else I would highly suggest against ordering from this company unless you want your hard earned money going into a place where the 35 year old manager sleeps with the teenagers who he hires on because he grooms them up first saying hr wants to fire them but he wont agree. Hr is actually his mother, grandmother and father who all know exactly what's going on. Employees are treated terribly and told daily they are replaceable then ask you to come in early or stay late. Only time you have job security is if you're sleeping with him and 18 years old or younger. Doesnt even matter of they have a boyfriend or not. This company and everyone involved with " running" do not stand for anything they claim they do. Nor do they have any morals. Please consider putting your money into a company that actually deserves it.
