Promises kept! I am pleased with everything about my experience with Anderson Carpet, from sales to installation. Dawn listened and advised carefully, the carpet came in when she said it would, and Roberto and Urbano, the installers, were extremely courteous and thoughtful as they installed the carpet on the stairs and in a room. No muss, no fuss--everything was easy and my carpet is beautiful. Highly recommend!

Great install with a few caveats Anderson did a large install of carpet and wood flooring...the installation was great and they went above and beyond, but there were a few follow up items that needed attention. They took care of everything in the long run...I would have given five stars if these things - furniture removal and replacement, job cleanup, vents not cut to fit vent covers - had been taken care of without my asking and following up. I will continue to do business with them but will be very clear about my expectations.

Not the best experience... While some tried to make the problems right, one employee in particular (and he knows who he is) had an attitude that bordered on rude while working in my home trying to correct the issues. We should not have had to deal with that.

Not Very Happy If you purchase from Anderson and hire them to install, installation was ok. If you purchase from Anderson, hire their installer, independently, they will not take responsibility for a defect in the carpeting AND they don't tell you this at the time of purchase. So I'm stuck with dye stains on my carpeting, and all they do is refer me to the manufacturer. What is even more absurd is that I initially told them I would hire an installer, he informed me that he couldn't do the job, so I called Anderson and asked them to install, but they consider this "hiring my own installer." I would purchase elsewhere.

Definitely exceeded our expectations!!! This is one of the best retail experiences we’ve ever had. Everybody and Anderson worked together to make sure that we were satisfied, and our needs met. Pricing was good on the hardwood that we wanted, even better than we could get on the Internet. There was a local place that was a little less expensive, but the trust that I felt for Anderson made the tiny difference well worth it.
