GBOutdoorsy is GREAT! Outdoorsy has made connecting with potential renters and the actual rental process a breeze. The app is usher friendly. There are certain features that are not available on the app. I feel there should be a disclosure for those aspects stating not available in app. But overall I love Outdoorsy

GBIf there were zero stars If there were zero stars, that would be appropriate. Rented an RV. Picked it up and drove 20 miles to learn the leaf spring broke and it could have been catastrophic. In a nutshell, we got the run around. My husband and I were both calling different departments and Outdoorsy literally did nothing. Said they were sending roadside assistance and never did. We were on the side of the road in the dark for two hours before we left the RV to find a hotel. Next day we were told to call our own roadside assistance. They were then going to help us find another camper...nope. Nothing. No reimbursment for our hotel because they only do that for trip interuptions. HUH? We went camping and didnt have a camper anymore. If that isnt a trip interruption, what is? We spent double what we budgeted bc we had to get a hotel room. All our camping food spoiled and Outdoorsy did squat. They did offer ten percent off our next camper. Why would we rent from them again. Our acct number was 5258431 Under my husbands name. Jason

CAOutdoorsy Great site, great support Outdoorsy is a great site that connects RV owners with RV renters. It’s so easy to use their app or website. Why not make money when your RV isn’t being used for yourself. Outdoorsy support is always fast and helpful. Sometimes you have questions or a renter wants your RV for an extra day and Outdoorsy takes care of the details. Better than renting independently.

GBOutdoorsy is the real deal Outdoorsy is the real deal, completely walks both renters and owners thru the process and provides valuable tools along the way to protect both parties. I am very happy utilizing Outdoorsy for my RV adventures and rentals! Stephen

GBThe fee you charge users is high The fee you charge users is high. I had to increase my rental rate and have seen a decrease in rentals. I would prefer to see more fees to the renter so that the host could have a more affordable posted rate.
