They email back & forth so that the 30… They email back & forth so that the 30 days expires. They are the worst refrigerators & there is no customer service. They told me to plug it in 3 times. How would I know it got up to 80*, while set at 39* If it wasn't plugged in. They scammed me bad. Not a reputable company.

Great Product and Customer Service When we looked into getting a portable electric freezer and refrigerator, we called or tried to contact a number of companies to ask questions and test their customer service. BougeRV was the only company that had a human available to talk to you and that knew the product and their policies and American English. In addition to all that we love the product. We took it on vacation and it was so useful and the two relatives we visited loved it too and will buiy their own.

Great product It's not only a cooler, but it's also a freezer. I travel a fair amount, and can take frozen items anywhere I want, worry free. My only regret, is not knowing about the larger freezer available. I'm going fishing in Canada this summer, and this will be great for bringing fish home.

A great company for Off grid and RV owners to know about Responsive, well built, understands the the needs of the off grid/RV market! So far I have added several BougeRV products to my 2000 Winnebago Rialta. Flexible fiberglass solar panels. 30 Amp MPPT charge controller. Assorted solar cables and connector tools. BougeRV technical support has answered all the questions I had or escalated to their engineering group if they were not sure of an answer. Answers were clear and on target. Next I am looking forward to the release of the ED series duel zone Refrigerator Freezer. Update: I received the BougeRV ED55 refrigerator freezer! Shipping started several weeks before expected. The ED55 is very well constructed with good fit and finish. It comes with everything you need for 12/24 vdcor AC operation. There is an optional battery pack as well. Cool down is very fast and it draws very little power (60 watts max) With two compartments that can be either refrigerated or frozen it is a dream come true for travelers.

I posted a previous review giving a low… I posted a previous review giving a low two star rating on the dual zone refrigerator due to lack of enough insulation in the packaging. My unit arrived damaged, twice. I am updating my review because the customer service department of this company has been outstanding. They continued to work toward a solution with me despite the challenges. It is refreshing to see a company who will stand by their products. I've been assured they are working on fixing the packaging of their product to insure it arrives undamaged for customers. My thanks to your customer service department.
