Their customer service is very very… Their customer service is very very very bad. Actually, they did not know what customers want. I bought a proxy Feb 14 then I open a support ticket to replace this proxy to another region. And they daily email me there support team check this issue and solve soon. What issue actually here? I using other lots of proxy provider and they are good and change proxy over the live chat and here 4 days running they still now changing proxy. Its jokes? Just avoid them.
