High Quality Product I bought the skylux package and as a quality engineer I pay attention to details. The quality of this product is awesome. The canvas is thick and sturdy and the other parts of the box are well made and solid. It is easy to install and set up. Any questions I have had have been answered very quickly by customer service. I would highly recommend this to others.

Amazing product that is built to last… Amazing product that is built to last with only a few teaks to their craftsmanship or quality control that would put this over the top to 5 stars. I don’t know if it’s a small company who are overwhelmed with emails, but sometimes it takes a little bit for them to get back. Service after the sale is very important to me and so far it seems like they’re trying, but just swamped. A couple things didn’t line up correctly with the insulation panels, the controller for the lights failed after a few uses, and the mounting bolts seem to be strong enough but a couple have bent while off road and had them snap off while dismounting with the provided wrench while stowing for the winter. All of these things are being addressed by the company and I’m glad they stand by their product.

Just don’t buy saving money and stay in good health. Buy somewhere else!!! 6 months Of waiting. Arrived damaged and with no keys. Terrible contact. No support. The shell got wave already and lost the shape. No support. No warranty in fact!!! Corey and his thief crew are silent!!! $4000.00 in garbage. They public fake reviews on instagram, FB and i other websites using pics without permission of the owners. We have support group on FB for all of the customers who have problem and they get caught with TORRO and left with they problems themselves. You can see how many of us!!! RTT arrived today and I am 100%… RTT arrived today and I am 100% satisfied with the qualty! All the extras that Corey J. added because of the wait time was a nice touch that shows his dedication to his customers. It is unfortunate that this company was started in the worst possible time due to the pandemic and having to be shipped from China causing massive delays. There was also some stateside shipping issues that Corey was honest and open about with his customers and he provided regular updates via e-mail and video. Corey and his team always responded to questions or concerns in a prompt manner and maintained transparency. Unfortunately Toro over promised and… Unfortunately Toro over promised and under delivered. They had every opportunity to inform people that the 8 to 12 week window was not going to happen. They didn't. Also my RTT arrived a bit damaged just like everyone else's. Not worth the hassle to try and have them fix it though. On top of this they forgot to send instructions and more importantly keys to open the RTT. Sadly this was a company I was excited to do business with that unfortunately failed to deliver.
