Terraplanter/tevaplanter SCAM I paid my money (91$) for this terraplanter/tevaplanter in 2020 (4 YEARS AGO!!!!) Terraplanter/tevaplanter continually put off the production and delivery of their product. When I tried to contact them and asked where my product is (4 times), they came up with excuses. Then they were pretending like they can’t deliver the product to my country (but why I paid 29$ for shipping!!!???), when I asked for a full money refund they said: “unfortunately we do not provide refunds. Indiegogo is a crowdfunding platform where we, the creators, fund the production of new products using the funds raised during the campaign. Once payments are processed, platform and processing fees are deducted, and we start using the funds to finance our production, therefore, we are sorry, but rewards are not refundable. We thank you for the support and look forward to assisting you further with any questions or comments you may have. We are here for you.” – What does it mean?! Terraplanter/tevaplanter received from people $7,680,766 (on indiegogo.com) and $6,391,763 (on kickstarter.com) which is $14,072,529 !!! WHERE IS ALL THE MONEY?! WHERE IS MY REFUND?! This whole campaign is a huge scam. Many customers have reported not receiving their orders, receiving damaged products, or receiving products that do not work as advertised. Additionally, the company has been unresponsive to customer inquiries and has not provided refunds. Thieves work in Terraplanter/tevaplanter company.

People don't know how crowdfunding works It was a kickstarter / Indiegogo and you are dissappointed it was delayed? I was concerned it would never come, but 2.5y later it has. this is normal for crowdfunded projects. If you can purchase one from their website, it will likely come MUCH quicker, as they have worked out their production process.

Great idea but does not work Tevaplanter is really a great idea and I wished honestly it’s working. I tried it several times now, with different kinds of plants and water but it does not work. The water doesn’t come through the material and every plant dried out. So I only have two very expensive ceramic- vases now. Very sad

Cool look but is not working at all Backed the kickstarter something like 3 years ago and received the products this autumn. Box is cool, pots are cool, first try with chia seeds worked super. Then, every other plant I tried has been a complete disaster. First of all you are forced to use rain or distilled water, and there is no way to put any fertilizer in it unless you want the "holes" to be crippled by white salts. Then, the pots itself does not keep wet, but the water keeps flowing in the saucer, eventually filling it, wetting everything and of course emptying the teva itself. Orchids must still be manually moisturized, everything else does not receive enough water to prosper. Sadly, it was really a waste of money.
