Duchess Betsy Marie never looked so good! I purchased the Duchess portrait for my Calico cat. It is amazing! My whole family is in love with the portrait. Fast, courteous, emails and asking my approval for the final product. It was shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. This is our third portrait from Pet Creatives and we have been over the moon about all three. I highly recommend them.

One picture is now becoming a feature wall! I got a picture of my dad’s favorite child, a standard size Parti Poodle named Mac, for his birthday. Excellent customer service & product Excellent customer service. They reached out to ask my opinion on the product before printing and manufacturing. Then when I suggested edits, they quickly came back with a perfect product that looked just as wonderful in person as it did online. Customer service was very attentive, responsive, and quick. Great experience all around and the person receiving the product as a gift absolutely LOVED it - they even asked where I got it from so they could share it with someone else! Working with Pet Creatives has been one… Working with Pet Creatives has been one of the best experiences I have had in quite some time. Everyone I have dealt with (particularly, Maria, Yvonne, and Hughbert) has been extremely helpful, courteous, and prompt in their responses. The art staff that has worked and reworked my pet's portraits have been terrific in executing the revisions that I asked for. Even in the most recent order they recognized that the costume on the baby keeshond needed to be switched and downsized and, that is the one I went with. The turnaround time and the quality is fantastic. I did not realize they would come as fast as they did. When I opened the very first box it took my breathe away. I know this will be the best Christmas gift this year.
