Buyer be warned/ updated The first attempt at a oil of my individuals came with parts not painted or missing like is was brush stokes missing in various spots. I thought it was shipped wet, however there WAS no oil paint on the bubble wrap so it was intentionally shipped in this condition. I was mortified. They did have it redone by someone different which i had to wait.. and it was ok.. i contacted them and said , because of this i thought it was appropriate to offer a free oil or greatly reduced painting.. lol i got the same 15% everyone else gets.. i would say its a coin toss ..i wont be using this service again They redid the piece.. offered a substantial discount on a new piece and the redone painting is gorgeous 💯

The team willingly adopted my suggestions to improve the painting. I have to give them credit for their willingness to please the customer. Brian

My shipment was to the UAE and arrived in perfect condition. Did everything they promised on the website and, most importantly, delivered a fabulous portrait. Would give them 6-stars if I could!
