Are you called Period Prints or Art-Prints-On-Demand? Period Prints seem to have changed name to Art-Prints-On-Demand. I wrote a review about Period Prints because the print was printed badly on cheap looking shiny paper. I wrote to them and they didn't reply. I left a review on Trust Pilot that now doesn't show up because Period Prints seem to have changed name to Art-Prints-On-Demand. Period Prints and / or Art-Prints-On-Demand have not replied to my complaint. Edited to say: now I have posted this, my previous review has appeared below.

Stunning Reproduction of Botticelli!!!!! Superbe reproduction de Botticelli !!!!! We bought Botticelli's "Madonna Magnificat" printed on canvas with varnish and stretcher bars. It is stunning!!! The painting is vibrant and literally glows. The colours on the reproduction true to the original. We were able to check our account to see where the painting was in production and received it within 24 hours of shipment. It was well packaged and arrived in pristine condition. We're so pleased, this art piece has pride of place in our home and cannot wait to purchase more! 100% recommend. Very impressed with the canvas art, which exactly mirrors the colour of the original masterpiece. Ditto the quality of the canvas frame. Even the packaging, which was two-layered, impressed.

BUYERS BEWARE You cannot trust this ethically-bankrupt company to do the right thing. They have non-existent customer service – I never heard back from them after multiple attempts. I ordered and received a very large, heavy framed print. Once received, I found the print was torn. The interior and exterior packaging had no damage, so clearly the print was packaged with the damage already inflicted. Immediately I sent photographs of the damaged print to the company, to which I also received no response. Only after I initiated a Pay Pal case did the company respond. And their solution? I PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING for a large, heavy, damaged-by-them framed print from the USA to GERMANY, and then they would refund ONLY my purchase price. UNPRINCIPLED TO THEIR CORE!

The originals are in my local art gallery so I am able very easily to judge the faithfulness of the reproductions, which also are the same size as the originals.
