Excellent service I have ordered custom prints twice from Aanabanana. Both experiences have been outstanding. I love that they help you out with your custom photo. The first time they suggested my print would look better on a different sized canvas and they were right! The painting was beautiful. The second time, they emailed me that the photo I submitted needed to be fine tuned a bit, which they did and the preview they sent me looks wonderful. I cannot wait to paint it. The canvas comes rolled in a very sturdy tube. The paints are great. I would advise using a coat or two of clear gesso before painting.

Custom from Aanabanana I ordered a custom for Aanabanana and have been very happy with their service, communication and the fast delivery. I am in Australia and it it took 4wks from order to delivery which in the middle of the pandemic is pretty fast. The canvas and paints were a dream to work with and I have just purchased 3 paintings from them. I will be purchasing another custom from them in the near future. Cheers

No product or communication!! Ordered on 12/8 with express shipping. Have not heard anything since. No responses to my inquiries. They have my money but I don't have the product or any communication. 12/31 update- received the product. Wish there was communication/responses about its tracking, like they said they would send.

WONDERFUL! 1) GREAT customer service! I had a couple questions and got them ALL answered within 5 minutes. (The phone # wasn't working, but the "Live Chat" worked perfect.) 2) The paints are smooth and cover very well. 3) The paint brush is...OK. I'm an artist, so will probably use mine instead. 4) The custom design (using my own photo) looks WONDERFUL! So nice to be able to paint from one of my favorite photos. 5) Paint bins were full. I'll come back & leave another comment when I'm all done. I've only painted the swatch guide so far.

I Love Aana This is my seventh painting from Aanabanana and I just think their quality is outstanding. I usually order custom paintings and their colors are vibrant and true. They have excellent customer service and I love their chat line which immediately answers any questions or help that I need. Also, their shipping to Australia is faster than expected. I can't say enough good things...I would not go anywhere else to purchase my paintings.
