ordered a pyrography kit price £38.50… ordered a pyrography kit price £38.50 plus postage imagine my disappointment when i visited the manufacturers site and found the same item for £16.99 so i could have purchased 2 for the same price plus change. so beware of the prices and search around before you buy.

Worst company ever!! Worst company ever!!! Placed an order over a 10 days ago, paid £8 for delivery which was dispatched 2 days ago and still no sign of it, wasn't told when I placed the order that it would take this long! Pathetic service
