Beautiful Product - Poor Delivery I love Viviva Colorsheets and ordered a set with water brush for a gift for a friend. It arrived in bad condition. The very nice packaging for the colorsheets and pen had been folded and crammed into a small mailing envelope. The kit is all wrinkled and I can't give it as a gift. Please reconsider how you package and ship your products!

Still waiting... It’s been seven days and my purchase has not arrived. Delivery says 5-8 days, however the shipping update only says a label was created the day after my order was placed and it still hasn’t left the facility. I understand if there are delays due to Covid, but where are the updates? Disappointing first purchase. This is a very delayed birthday gift😕
