Great service, knife not so great Great service, super fast. I have wanted a real Laguiole knife for many years, so I was pretty excited when it came. After opening it's beautiful presentation box, and putting it in my hand, it was gorgeous, when I opened the blade and looked closely, I was quite shocked to see a very poorly and uneven edge, it looked like a super cheap Chinese edged knife I used to get decades ago. I was terribly disappointed, but luckily for me I know how to sharpen a knife, but for a $150, I shouldn't have had to do that. I finally got my Laguiole, but I won't be buying another:(

Christmas presents for my two adults sons and my brother I’ve looked at the knives and thought they were beautiful. Never had one or heard of one so one day I took a chance and bought the 12 inch scalloped bone handled knife and just fell in love with it. The only thing I don’t like about it it’s too nice to use every day knife, i’m a person that uses a knife every day this is really nice gentleman knife so nice and I decided to buy three more for each of my sons and one for my brother for Christmas and I’m hoping they can pass the Beauty and craftsmanship to their friends and they decide they can buy the same type of knives for their friends I Wish there’s something that I can say bad about the knives the company the shipping but I was treated very well. Excellent quality excellent shipping time.

This is a great company to work with! This is a great company to work with. My order was promptly processed. When it arrived, it was well packaged and nothing was dented or destroyed. Plus, extra time as taken to hand wrap the box containing my knife. A very nice and personal touch rarely found any longer.

I had issue with payment as I had trouble deleting an item from my cart before check out and my credit card was charged with the extra item. Your customer service reversed charges on the extra item immediately though.
