Great on line service ,always kept… Great on line service ,always kept informed when heater will be shipped & arrives. Picked up the heater today & the guys were well professionally with service , box was in great shape not like other carriers I’ve seen , keep up the great work & I’ll definitely use consumers supply again. Kenny followed up and let me know that… Kenny followed up and let me know that he was not getting any response from my builder on setting up a delivery date. It allowed me to intervene and correct that with the builder

Cast Iron registers Cast Iron registers The ordering went fine and Tammy did a great job , but the delivery service was horrible . waiting for 3 weeks for the terminal to call with a delivery date . kept saying they would get back to me tomorrow . I guess tomorrow never comes . All in all we are living in difficult times and I understand . Other people have worse things to worry about .

This was a referral from my bldg… This was a referral from my bldg engineer. The person on my initial call was so courteous and helpful. The order process was user friendly and when I made a second call to change to needing a delivery they offered next day. The price was fantastic.
