GBGreat Customer Service and Product I ordered this thermometer for my partner after seeing Freakin Reviews. He does a lot of cooking and uses his thermometer religiously. He started using the ChefsTemp Finaltouch X10 and has been raving about how fast it’s been compared to all the other thermometers. We love the magnetic back because it makes for easily storing it on our fridge. I ordered this the weekend before Christmas and despite the estimated delivery time being 3-6 business days, I received it two days before Christmas which I really appreciated.

GBSimple to setup Simple to setup. So far working flawlessly. Saves me time and energy not having to constantly go out to Oklahoma Joe smoker to check chamber temperature. Did a couple of brisket, nice not have to open smoker and poke the meat with a thermometer probe numerous times during the cook.

GBEmail order confirmation needed The website functioned well, however, when I submitted my order, I never got an email confirmation of my order. Fortunately I saved my order confirmation page, but at least an email saying that your order has been submitted and then another email when your order has shipped would have been useful. In addition, it took a long time for the product to be delivered, but I didn't mind because the shipping was included.
