Customer Service Issues (no working email or phone number) I placed two orders, one was confirmed shipped. The other there has been no updates, even when I look on the website. I tried emailing three times, the emails bounced back (email invalid). I even tried calling over three times, no answer at 11:20 am, not even the lunch hour. My order is #9019. Perhaps leaving this review will get some sort of help. Especially since I paid already. Please call the number at TrustPilot to reach someone about your order.

Superb quality & excellent customer service! I ordered 3 square box pillow forms and 1 circular box pillow form with the down alternative fill. Incredible buy!!! The comforter is great The comforter is great. I ordered the medium weight, and probably should have gotten the lightweight. Still, it is really nice and my husband really likes it. His legs never get cold anymore.
