The installer installed the hood over 30 inches above the counter top The installer rejected to change the panel from 8 inches to 10 inches and insisted to install the hood. Now my hood is over 30 inches from the counter top. I called the office but so far didn't hear anything back. I am paying the installing fee but ended up by not having the ideal height for the hood. It's so unfortunate and disappointing. (follow-up update) Pacific addressed my concern and sent a new worker to lower the hood. This worker didn't do a great job as the steel panel isn't even, but at least he lowered it. Thanks! Change to 3 stars.

I bought 7 pacific hoods past 25 years… I bought 7 pacific hoods past 25 years for different houses Last one I had SC8236S 2013 steam doesn’t come anymore, parts problems I replaced the GU10 LED 5000k 3 W light bulbs working perfect for years The one I bought now the light not bright at all terrible The long light I haven’t found any replacement , do you have any better brighter light I can buy , let me know I bought the pacific hoods from MCS in San Gabriel from the past . Thanks
