The product arrived in good shape but no lighting string The product arrived in good shape very well packaged the delivery company did an excellent job everything was there except for the string of lights which you mentioned that they are included in your video that plays for the product on your web page I sent service department of note that I did not receive those lights and did not hear anything back from them but no lights are not deal breaker. it just that you shouldn't be advertising that they included if you're not going to include them but the product itself overall is good I would recommend anybody who assembles one of these not tighten up all the screws until all four corners are done a little tight and also there's a little sag on the 10-ft span of the louvers themselves water doesn't come in but you get gaps of light coming through otherwise I'd give the product 95% quality and everything went very well.

Good but not great Purchased two for my patio This one and a 15 x 9 one with the fiberglass enclosed lights. First it’s too early to determine the durability of this one compared to the one it replaced. Treasure garden brand. Second it is aesthetically appealing Unfortunately during a very light shower I noted a couple of drops of moisture on my table and on the inside of the pole Will chalk it up to it being new and not quite settled yet. Third the LED light is not as bright as I assumed it would be compared to the 15 x 9 fiberglass one, and it only has one lighting mode vs three. I missed out on the sale to get the one with fiberglass enclosed one this size.

Broken Fiberglass section of otherwise… Broken Fiberglass section of otherwise good product. The problem is with the follow up on the defective strip of lights or whatever. That’s the problem I don’t know what it is simple fix or more because no follow up. This is concerning from a company that is somewhat bespoke. Many calls many emails no ones responsible.
