This is my third one is 5 years and the only reason the last one lasted is because I wrapped it in Saran Wrap. I had sent a similar complaint last time but I. Anthony and Justin did a fantastic job… Anthony and Justin did a fantastic job repairing/Replacing the Balboa Topside panel that went bad very shortly (couple of weeks) after the spa was up and running. They were very helpful in helping us better understand certain features of our spa as well as show us how to remove and clean the fountain strainers that seem need cleaning quite often as they get clogged with hair and debris. We have been enjoying our swim spas and hope to get many many years of use and enjoyment from it. I give this experience. 5 Stars, Purchasing experience 3.5 Stars Delivery experience 2 Stars

The salesman The salesman, Jason, really made our overall purchase exceptional. He helped us decide which spa we wanted, was a phone call away when I needed additional help and always very kind. We love our spa! Customer service was also exceptional.

barefoot spa 57 LP We purchased the barefoot spa 57 LP hot tub at a Hampton Roads event. It looks great and comfortable. Currently, we are in the process of scheduling and electrician, hence, we have not actually experienced our hot tub, yet. We were extremely happy with the delivery service.
