Late and incomplete Only 2 of the four filters I ordered have been received and the partial order was sent to us 2 weeks later than expected. We have emailed and tried the chat with no response

Filter fit perfectly Filter fit perfectly. I have much better water pressure. My water doesn't taste good unless filtered and seems about as good as the Frigidaire ones. The Filterswell is not as long as the original, so I expect it to not last quite as long, but the price was very good and I got three filters for about the same price, so I guess I should have given 5 stars.

My order arrived in a timely manner… My order arrived in a timely manner (especially with the Covid-19 issue). The filters fit in my Kitchen-Aid refrigerator just like the original one does and the water taste great! These filters were about half the price of the ones from Kitchen-Aid. I am very happy with them and will continue to use them.

No Response on Returns No Response on Returns These filters would not work for me so, per the return policy on their website, I emailed to request a RMA. The website states they would reply "within approximately 24 business hours". It's now been a week and I've followed up with two more without a response. I noticed today that the hotlink attached to that email address on their website actually goes to another company (Allfilters), so I'm not sure what's the deal here.
