After placing the first order, I realized I forgot to add gift wrap and sent an email. They replied within minutes! For the second or third order, I created my own 4 pack of glasses and asked to ship them gift wrapped as a 4 pack, again, they immediately responded and honored my request. Personalized wine glass I ordered a personalized stemless wine glass as a Christmas gift. I’m excited to give it to my friend as it was just what I expected and was not disappointed.
