I would never do business with… I would never do business with kitchensouffle again. Never! I ordered the whisk almost two months ago. I have been billed and I have remitted payment; foolishly. I have emailed customer service several times only to be told it shipped. Last communication once again said shipped. Still not even a tracking number. I have requested a refund and was told it was impossible as it has shipped. Really? Customer service is inefficient and amateurish. What a giant hassle over a whisk!

I am so happy I ordered these Dutch… I am so happy I ordered these Dutch Whisks. I use it for whipping dairy products, beating eggs, blending dry ingredients, mixing batters and more! I like it so much I have gifted several women with the Dutch Whisk. Honestly, in my cookie recipes when I add chocolate chips or nuts, it takes 3-4 passes with the whisk and they’re mixed in!

Potato Masher Smooth and easy to use did not scratch any surface. Easy clean and safe to lick for the fur kids.

Kitchen Soufflé Customer Service Excellent I ordered a rolling pin that had different dimensions of disc circles. Unfortunately one was the same color but not the same size. I contacted Kitchen Soufflé about the problem. The company sent a replacement. I thought their response to my problem was excellent!
