Bad shipping experience My rating reflects the delivery method and condition, not the product. My delivery arrived yesterday with the box mangled and totally open, with half the box just left leaning up against the other half. I haven't yet been able to inspect it thoroughly and am just hoping none of the parts fell out of the box. Wish me luck.

Friendly and Honest Customer Service The customer service staff at Faucet Town USA was extremely helpful. They addressed our issues immediately. We had unfortunately ordered the wrong item and the exchange process went smoothly....and all was arranged over the phone. The customer service folks were both professional and friendly.

Simply the best buying experience either on-line or over the phone I have ever had. I looked merchandise up on-line then purchased over the phone. I received great help from Elena especially after I had messed up and ordered one item wrong. She got this straightened out and everything was shipped and received on time with no delays. Item came in just as I expected and I would definitely order from them again! I ordered this toilet seat because it was nearly impossible to find one in blue at my neighborhood hardware type stores, AND hard to find in plastic. I had problems with a wooden toilet seat staying as clean as I would like it so I thought I would try this one. This was easy to install and is a great color ~ I'm really tired of white and I didn't want a cushy, embroidered one like my grandma used to have.

She took the time to ask questions and understand what we needed for our bathroom project. She was thorough in describing everything, down to the handles on the doors.
