Received good help Immediately. When I was placing my order I made a mistake and ordered twice as many of The Champagne Opener than I meant to order. I sent an email to Champagne Products explaining my problem. I received an immediate message telling me not to worry because they corrected the number ordered to the amount that I intended to order. The order arrived in good condition. I have had the Champagne Opener almost 2 months now and really like how great up opens Champagne and wine bottles. I have given several away as gifts to friends.

Great gadget for the bar This champagne and sparking wine opener takes the stress out of opening these beverages. I saw this at a local winery that is expanding their sparkling wine selections and I had to have it! Works great!!

It made it so easy and we still got to enjoy the loud pop of the champaign Ordered several of these as a little "Happy" for my girlfriends. We love to drink champaign when we get together and several had mentioned in the past they wish there was a champaign opener. I had seen these but had never used them, The openers were a hit! It was so simple. The only part that didn't work as well as expected was the foil cutter but it did manage to tear it enough we could get it off. Otherwise I was so happy my gift was not a disappointment. We put the openers to good use on our trip to the beach

Best gadget ever! I've had my Champagne Products champagne opener for 10 years and just love it. Recently I had 3 girlfriends come spend a week with me and they were so impressed when I opened the champagne for the mimosas. I ordered one of the openers for each of them as a surprise present and they were so delighted when they got them. Seriously, they are the best thing ever...no worries when opening a bottle of champagne...no dents in ceilings, no eyes put out...it's great! Everyone should have one!

unsatisfactory on this cork they didn't work too well .. we had to open 6 cases and it kept slipping off the cork ..... may have been the corks ... I have used one of these before and it worked well, but these didn't work well on this particular cork lb
