Customer support is essential when ordering online and these guys do it very well. i lost track of my package and they responded to every one of my emails within the day. the knife is so sharp, and I love the weight of it. Great company and fabulous knife. I definitely recommend.

“The Butcher” knife is fantastic… The Butcher knife is fantastic… Similar to the Loki, in balance and sharpness…it is certainly more serious looking! TOTALLY AWESOME KNIFE I ordered my knife and of course USPS lost it. I called customer service and the lady I spoke with was so helpful she the got the new one shipped out asap. when I got the order I was shocked by the quality of this knife. it has replaced almost all of the other knifes in my kitchen. i have used it to field dress a deer and a hog so far and it was awesome. i will be getting more knifes from Northernknife for sure.
