BBQ and exceptional service... BBQ looks amazing built into an outdoor kitchen. Couple of minor issues with accessories. However I have to say that the customer service and responses have been the best I have ever experienced. All done on line dealt with literally immediately. A fabulous breath of fresh air. I started out first by ordering 9 inch… I started out first by ordering 9 inch frying pan and used it for a couple of weeks and loved the pan very much. Then I ordered 11 inch sauce pan, received my order and ran into a little snag. I email prime cook and the issue was resolved in less than one week. Angelo responds immediately to all my emails.
