Outstanding Designers… We were waiting on some measurements from our contractor so we could get our order placed before your 50% off Black Friday sale ended. We were working with designer Sara Smalls, and she went above and beyond ito be patient with us while we were waiting and then finished the design on the last day to help us take advantage of the sale . She did an amazing job and we look forward to working with her again

Wholesale cabinets customer service is top notch! Wholesale cabinets customer service is the best! 99% of the time, orders are seamless. But as we all know, there is that occasion when items get lost or are damaged…when that happens, wholesale cabinets promptly responds and takes care of the problem. They have been very supportive and are always available to answer questions!

damage upon delivery of our cabinets there was some damage to several of them. i took pictures and sent via the chat function as directed by the customer service person i was on the phone with. they never responded after that. i submitted again and again and now they don't even answer my calls. we spent a lot on the cabinets and even wanted to order more but there;s no way i would ever do business with them ever again.

Terrible customer support and questionable quality I'm hoping this review pushes mgmt to instruct their sales ppl to actually respond to issues and complaints. I dealt with Christian Pistella and sent multiple emails, texts and pictures regarding cracked face frames, short drawer rails and even racked install + screws that heads sheared off without ANY response. He just flat out didn't respond. I couldn't even get decent instructions on knee drawer assembly because no one is an installer there...they're just sales people! I'm not sure of the quality of the product, however I can speak to the assembly and is not up to my standards. I'd love to share pictures but I can't on this forum. I suppose BBB is also an avenue.
