GBI needed to cancel my order and HAVA… I needed to cancel my order and HAVA customer service was very responsive and supportive. They were able to cancel the delivery before it left the warehouse. I really appreciated their thoughtfulness, professionalism, and return policy. I will be ordering from them again.

GBAmazing!! Best!! First of all, excellent customer service. Very helpful and caring. I ordered an air dishwasher and I live in Illinois. Since it came from a distance, there was a problem inside the machine due to the error of the cargo. I was very upset and wrote an e-mail to customer service. Customer service sent a new dishwasher, can you believe it? You are all wonderful. Thank you all very much. If there were 10 points, I would give 10 points. You are the best in America.

GBcustomer service was overall good customer service was overall good, giving timely responses, and good instructions for how to identify where the leak was coming from. They just didn't believe that there were other problems going on than their first suggestion. Eventually I was able to solve the problem with some more tinkering.
