GBGreat toilet, hands free experience pros: 1. Good looking, stylish design 2. Auto open and auto flush works great, just the right amount of sensitivity. 3. Shipping is fast, and packaging is great, the mail man dropped the box on my door step pretty hard, no damage to the toilet. 4. I received a battery pack separately in mail (didn't ask horow, didn't pay extra money), which can let the toilet flush during power outage. cons: 1. some scratches on the plastic lid, maybe caused by me during installation. 2. you need to press the wash button a second time to change from move wash mode to steady wash, took me a while to figure that out. This is not marked on the remote, also not mentioned in the user manual Overall I'm very happy with the purchase.
