total botch I ordered a 1000 lb/day 3 phase mini-cube ice machine. They sent a 600 lb, single phase unit. I was desparate for ice so I installed it and then had to deal with getting the correct one sent, which to their credit they did in a timely fashion.

Misunderstanding. Company made it right I ordered a Beverage Air bar back BB72Y-1-B refrigerator. I assumed based on the picture on shortorder's website that it came with a countertop. It did not. Company accepted a return with full refund. Good people. Would do business again.
